Wecome to the rules and conditions of our new rewards program. We invite you to read the conditions attentively and familiarize yourself with the new rewards program BOUTIK®.
General conditions
All travel agents working in the travel industry who are Skylink Voyages clients, are eligible for the BOUTIK program .The travel agent must register to acquire a new userID and a personal password .This password will assure you a private and secure access and enable you to identify yourself when making a purchase, as well as when crediting your points to your personal account.
Only a travel agent who has registered, who has purchased products which are eligible towards any promotions and has accumulated points in their account, can exchange points, according to the terms and conditions of BOUTIK's program .
Registration
In order to benefit the BOUTIK's advantages , you must absolutely register by completing the online form . A general password will be assigned to your agency in order to register. The new identity will be created based on your agency number with Skylink Voyages (1234-) and your first name (BENJAMIN) , this name must be unique to all employees of your agency (1234-BENJAMIN) . If there is more than one Joseph in the office , add a character ou use a nickname (1234-BEN). Complete your new identity by choosing your password . Product eligibility and current promotions
Keep track of all current promotions, purchase products linked to these promotions and automatically accumulate points. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions.
Value of BOUTIK's points
Each reservation that meets the current and valid promotional criteria, will be eligible to accumulate points and exchange them towards Skylink Voyages products (reservations for your personal travel as well as gift certificates of participating merchants ). 100 Skylink points = $1.
Only 2,500 points are needed to be accumulated in order to receive a gift certificate valued at $25.00. All you need is to fill out our online form. It's that simple!
The points accumulation with the BOUTIK program have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred or resold to a third party.
Accumulation of points to agents personal account
Each reservation meeting current promotional criteria is eligible to accumulate points which can be exchanged for products from our BOUTIK. These points are automatically credited on the travel agents personal account statement with the following conditions :
- The travel agent must complete and submit his BOUTIK's online personal account form (see registration) AND
- The travel agent must identify himself with his new identity and his personal password in order to purchase products from our site OR
- The travel agent must use his new identity to purchase products via his executive account agent (and not his personal password).
Points will be credited to travel agents personal account within 48 working hours after final payment has been applied to the reservation file. In case of refund or cancellation, points will automatically be debited from your account.
In case of any mistakes on your personal account, you must advise us 30 days after invoicing.
At all times, you can access your personal account in the BOUTIK section of our website: WWW.SKYLINK-YMQ.COM
No points will be credited retroactively if you use your agency's general password.
Exchanging points for BOUTIK products:
Exchanging points for gift certificates of all participating merchants
Anytime during the year and at your convenience, you, the travel agent can exchange your points once you have has accumulated a minimum of 2 500 points (an equivalent value of 5 Sears cards). A minimum of 2,500 points are required per transaction.
Easy steps to follow: Go to BOUTIK and access your personal account in the MY BOUTIK section and click on "Order my gifts certificates". Once there, you will find exchange request forms including a list of all BOUTIK's participant merchants.
Only requests made by a travel agent through the online request form, available in BOUTIK, are accepted. Requests are processed by BOUTIK within 5 business days.
Delivery of voucher
Skylink Voyages Inc. will not be held responsible for any or all loss of certificates delivered by a NON-GUARANTEE method. Only by using registered mail will you have a maximum claim valued at $100.00 which they guarantee. You will be billed for a fee of 900 points ($9.00).
At any time BOUTIK reserves the right to change participating merchants. In case merchandise ordered is not available, a representative will contact you.
Payment of personal file
Your points can also be applied towards the full or partial purchase of your personal travel.
You must make a reservation with any account executive, you must be one of the passengers, then go to the "Redeem my points for personal travel" section of BOUTIK, fill out the online request form, and you will be contacted by a BOUTIK representative to finalize your request.
Minimal value needed for exchange
Each exchanged transaction (vouchers or personal travel files) requires a minimum value of 2 500 points ($25).
Validity of points
The program ends on November 30th of each year to start again the next day, december 1st. The points accumulated starting december 1st will be added to your account for the next year. On the 12th at midnight, the points of the current year (those ending on the 30th) that have not been exchanged ,will dissapear.
Taxation Law
It is the responsibility of each contributor to be aware of the taxation laws applicable in their province of residence. According to federal and provincial law, each contributor is solely responsible to declare all earnings in the referred period.
Skylink Voyages Inc. will not assume any responsibility for any taxation discrepancy or other information given by a travel agent who is a participant in BOUTIK.
Should the travel agent change employment, a modification of his personal profile must absolutely be made to his online account. This way only Skylink Voyages Inc. can validate the request and all relative information pertaining to the new employer and a new account can be activated.
Responsibility
Skylink Voyages Inc. will not be held responsible for any delays in deliveries, any errors occurred on any vouchers issued by our participating merchants. Skylink Voyages Inc. is responsible to insure the requested amount by the travel agent is assured. Skylink Voyages Inc. reserves the right to modify and/or finalize the time limit of any given promotion and/or conditions of say promotion without obligation of notice within 30 days.
Skylink Voyages Inc. will not be held responsible towards any travel agent in which his program has been cancelled and/or points have not been accredited to the travel agent's account and furthermore will not be held responsible of any such cancellations attributed by any natural disaster, including fire, war or any work conflict.
Terms and conditions of Agreement of BOUTIK program
At time of registration, the travel agent agrees to all terms and conditions of Skylink Voyages Inc's points program mentioned above. Any terms, conditions, attempt of fraud or abuse to other policies which are not respected by the travel agent, will be responsible for loss of points, closure of account without possibility of any form of compensation.
